Shipping

Jakub Šilhan ships from Brno, Czech Republic, to customers in Czechia, the European Union and selected international destinations.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Czech public holidays). You receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking number when it is dispatched.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery time is 15 business days from dispatch. Remote destinations and customs checks can add a few days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

Shipping costs and duties

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. For destinations outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by your customs authority on delivery; these are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

Every parcel is shipped with tracking. Use the link in your dispatch email. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.

Lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived and tracking shows no progress, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation and resend or refund the order.

Damaged parcels

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the product. We arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping.

Address changes

Write to contact@worthvibe.shop as soon as possible. We can change an address before dispatch; after dispatch the carrier's rerouting rules apply.
