About Jakub Šilhan
Jakub Šilhan is an online store run from Brno, Czech Republic, selling a focused range of desk input gear and charging accessories. The catalogue is deliberately short: twenty products in four groups, chosen because they solve a specific daily problem rather than because they photograph well.
The range covers mouse pads, wireless mice, keyboards and charging kits. Our own desks in Brno are the test bench. A mouse pad spends a fortnight under a real wrist before we list it; a keyboard is typed on for a week; a charger is left plugged in overnight. The failures we find there are the reason the catalogue is short.
Orders placed before the end of a working day are usually packed the next morning and leave Brno within 1–3 business days, with tracking. We write our own product descriptions, we answer our own email in English, and if you ask which of two models suits you better, you get an answer rather than a link.
Returns are simple: 30 days from delivery on unused items, plus the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for EU customers. If a parcel arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with a photograph; if it never arrives, tell us within 7 days of the expected date and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
You can reach us at contact@worthvibe.shop or +420 737 497 599, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET. Our postal address is Kosmákova 3963, 615 00 Brno-město, CZECH REPUBLIC.
